I would have paid it as a GM, having had an absolutely awful E- experience on IAD-LHR. I'm tall but not exceptionally so (6'4") compared to some people I know who don't have E+ access (I know several 6'10" people who have suffered E- transatlantic

For me, $99 would have definitely been worth it. I feel lucky I didn't get a DVT on that flight after how cramped I was.
