I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong during my first trip to HK in 1985 or 1986. Although I stayed at various other hotels over the years, the Hyatt Regency was always my favorite.

I am looking forward to having the piquant hot and sour soup at The Chinese Restaurant in 2009.
