Cathay offers:
"The Club Service Centre is available to take your call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, no matter where in the world you may be. It provides full reservation and ticketing services for travel on Cathay Pacific and will answer any membership enquiries.
Simply log on to send us your questions or contact our Member Services Team through our worldwide toll-free numbers. Our team will be happy to assist you in your preferred language, including English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean."
