Well I'll bite. I think it's really poor for an operation that by definition will have customers in all time zones 24/7 where queries may not always be locally-based.

Cathay offers:

However, VS offers the same hours as BA, pretty much, although both have local contact centres around the world. However I don't think the Hong Kong office of these airlines can help with UK queries AFAIK
