The place I needed on Macdonnell Rd I read off a website was a 15 min walk from the MO, so I figured if The Conrad is close enough walk to the MO then at most it would be a 30 min walk to Macdonnell. I thought someone would know where the MO and Conrad were, but not Macdonnell Rd.
My guess is that you want to be at Hoover Court 1/F 7-9 Macdonnell Road.

That's at 70 Robinson Road. To get there without breaking any laws, take the Mid-Levels Escalator, which starts in Central and drops you off a few minutes walk up Robinson Road. You'll need to be escorted or make arrangements to enter beforehand.
