I haven't qualified for Elite in many years so I have really forgotton all the details of Aerolotto.

My main SSWU upgrading route is LHR-YYZ-LHR. I am usually flexible on flight times but not so much on dates. Does anyone have any idea how easy it is to upgrade to J as an Elite? The fare difference in M/U vs. A is approximately $1950 which is a lot.

My plan is to buy an A fare; then within 4 days, change to a flight which has A/L/Q/V etc available and also I which will cost me $100 each way. That still saves me $1750. If flights are showing B,V,Q,L,A < 1 then I will wait till day of departure and try and move to a flight with I (do I have to do this at the airport?)

My dates of travel are:

Toronto - London Feb 10th 2008

(SSWUs expiring Feb 09)

Toronto - London Jun 15th 2008 (VERY flexible +/- 1 week)
