How about translation errors?
Translations aren't always .... accurate, when taken word for word, as a result of differences in languages.

Anyone remember the mistake & PR fiasco Eastern made in the Miami area with the campaign to fly in leather seats. The translation in Spanish meant "Fly Naked"
