Finally got hold of the real deal, but only the Japanese version is available. The English version is sold out for who knows how much longer. In the hotel section, the 5 house (Michelin's cutesie indicator) hotels are the RC, MO, FSC, FSM, GHT, Pen, and Conrad (5 houses+); Okura and Seiyo Ginza scored 5 houses. However, on the 4 houses+ category, we find the PHT, the Westin, the New Otani (main wing). Rounding out with 4 houses are the Prince Park Tower, Nikko, IC Tokyo Bay, Imperial, Grand Pacific Meridien, Hilton, Cerulean, Strings, Royal Park, ANA IC, and Keio Plaza.

Finding the PHT in that "august" group makes this whole guide thing suspect, plus I'm sure the PHT management must be smarting.
