Too bad you didn't get his name (although if he did "touch" your record they could trace back to him). I had an incredibly rude agent last week, had them do something to my record so there would be a "recording." Thanked them, hung up, called back and asked to speak with a supervisor. Had the NICEST most amazing talk. The supervisor was incredible. When I asked why someone like this was allowed to be dealing with the public, it seems that they are trying to "weed these folks out" right now. I guess they should try to and only have the good ones remaining. Especially since there are so many layoffs going on.

I think you should report this to a manager in the call center. I know these folks don't get paid a lot and deal with a lot of stress, etc., but quite frankly, there is no excuse for rudeness. They shouldn't be in a job where they have to deal with the public.
