It almost seems like I am getting free phone service when I'm there. Back in July I made some calls (both to the US and to +82 Korea numbers) which never appeared on my statements. I went back again during Thanksgiving, and those calls haven't posted either. Usually my intl. roaming shows up within a week.

FWIW I am using a Sony K610i, with original ATT SIM from 2003, and use KTF network while roaming in Korea. I'm going back next week and will start being a lot more liberal with my phone usage based on these previous experiences.

Is this happening to anyone else? Is there an actual limitation on how much time service providers have before posting charges?
