Booked the cheapest room ($589 queen w/ breakfast).

Received king suite, corner room 7th floor.

How are the rooms?

The place is showing its age. Could use some minor updates.

How is the exec. lounge?

What was good and what was bad?

Good: Efficient check-in (but no one at Ambassador desk), room upgrade guaranteed. Not charged for minibar drinks.

Bad: No welcome gift. Minibar was not replenished throughout stay. Check-out at Ambassador desk the woman was a bit rude. Room service coffee tasted nasty.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?

For New York, $589 is pretty standard for busy weekends. I would return, but it is still a bit pricey.
