Thanks for the advice all. This is a bit of a pain in this a*** as it would take me to Gold. I'm next flying on 22/12 and would have liked to have it all resolved by then!
I'd phone and explain just that. If you don't get a helpful response (there are some really noddies in the missing miles department) ask for a supervisor. I was able to get them to manually post the TP's to trigger a GUF2 I needed, can't see why they can't do the same for you. This was a couple of years ago though...
