I continue to think that the DOJ is likely to have serious concerns about a deal that largely amounts to NWA's payment to keep AirTran out of NWA's core market.

I was also wondering why MEH Stock has gone down. Seems Wall Street is uncertain about the merger. I doubt it is because of anything else that Carol has mentioned in the article.
