I ate there Tuesday (by myself) and Wednesday with atxtraveller and his coworker.
Decor was very nice, quite Parisian, service was good. The place was packed on the Wednesday night possibly due to holiday gatherings.
My review will be of somewhat limited interest since I am a vegetarian. There were no vegetarian entrees on the menu, but the kitchen quickly prepared a beautiful plate of 8 different steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes for me. (I would have preferred grilled veggies, and some sort of protein, but it was still very good.) Presentation and variety were quite appealing. I had a salad to start and a floating island for dessert (meringue in creme anglaise). Total including a glass of wine and tax and tip was $47.
On Wednesday, we ordered a cheese plate to start with which was delicious. I had the same entree/dessert, but atx and friend had the leg of duck and beef bourguignon. The restaurant has a table d'hote (with about 10 entrees on it) which includes the appetizer and dessert, plus many a la carte items. Being a French restaurant, they had a lot of offal on the menu (brains, blood pudding, kidneys), plus they had that very cruel foie gras as well. (No horse however, which was offered at the restaurant where I had lunch with a client.

)
Atx, do you want to review your meal?
I'm also very encouraged that Montreal is finally getting into i-dine. Since a rep was obviously in the area, hopefully he/she will sign up more establishments.
