muc over fra

just yesterday I travelled from muc to iad via fra.

AI's choice makes complete sense to me. MUC is just FAR better for connections within Europe and to NA.

My change of planes at FRA took two hours, and was a horrible, exhausting, process. FRA is also rather unplesant and is not particularly attractive.

I would think AI should still have FRA service - that is too valuable a route to give up, but for anything involving a connection on LH, UA, US, SAS, AC (AI's new *A partners) AI's passengers will thank them over and over for sparing them the experience known as Frakfurt. AI could easily have flights to MUC from numerous Indian cities, relying on *A partners for connections elsewhere.

MUC is also simply a beautiful airport that is a real pleasure to use!!
