Why can't parents who do this just be honest and say " I'm going to fly in F/J with my baby because I can , hope they dont disturb you too much but if they do ,tough s--t !" . This is the way of the world these days.
Hey - perhaps they are in F to be more considerate. A crying baby in F will disturb less people than a crying baby in Y... a considerate parent therefore flies in F with their child to create the littlest amount of disturbance as possible
