This show is a joke. Its so one sided, its worse than USA Today! The lady, Kate, who used to be a Realtor, and now has devoted her life to going after the airlines because they "profit from keeping you hostage onboard during delays since they already have your money".

I am sure there is no coincidence that this is runnin right before the holidays.
