To everyone who thinks about filing: I´m still 100$ under my estimated costs for this. I would pay 50% of your filing expenses when you do it. Since they have to show up at each individual courthouse its a big inconvenience for them. The best is out of NY (like idealflier did) Lets chase them around the country a bit !

As I said before, I have no problems to state the outcome even if it isnt in my favor. Actually it is, I met a new client in the Admirals Club o the way back
