Premier Elite offers some good benefits & it only takes 45k miles to qualify.
On qualification you get 2 upgrade certificates & get 2 more for each additional 25k miles. If one flies TPAC often, it's rather easy to stay in first class (though first class will disappear) paying business fares.

And you get a 75% mileage bonus on TPAC flights. These are very generous benefits for an Asian program.

Miles are posted quickly. Missing miles require the documentation to be sent Manila & take a long time to get posted.

Award requests are easy & the agents speak excellent English (important for me.) Availability seems good.

The website is clumsy & not attractive, but the pertinent info is there.

Regional Asia international awards require a lot of miles. TPAC awards are very reasonable.

There are no international partners. This single issue keeps me from using PR more often. I think there are no European awards.

I really like the program, but the partner issue really limits is value.
C+

If they had US partners, I'd give them an A.

pity.
