everyone - those who booked and those who work for Starwood alike - were told already that guests affected must deal directly with Le Parker Meridien on this issue, so I'm not sure why you are trying to get Platinum Concierge involved. They have no authority to act on this issue, so that is just wasted effort, IMHO.

I dont think idealflier referred directly to you, but to anyone who actually marked his account with negative comments.
This is very bad publicity and there must be a story behind that, otherwise he wouldnt have posted it !
