Got my court date set for end of year. Have a few colleagues who also booked the rate as well and got theirs cancelled. I am urging them to file regardless of skywalker's or my own outcome. This has been a serious inconvenience already so I have no problem if others think it is inconveniencing the hotel.

Also, to all you Starwood lurkers, stop going into my account and making comments!! I booked a legitimate rate on your legitimate website, I did nothing wrong. It is everybody's right to contest and it is bad enough Platinum Preferred Guest refuses to get involved.
