Just tried this. When the voice prompt asked if it was emcambe, or someone calling on behalf of emcampbe, I said no. Then it brought up the old prompts, first asking if I was looking for flight status, reservations, etc., and then when I said reservations, it had the old "So I know where to take this call, please say or enter your Mileage Plus number." I hung up at this point, but would assume that it would take you to the appropriate center, based on status.
