I agree with what others have said about Row 11. The legroom is more than adequate. The main differences are:
1) 22A-C have the lav in front of them, so there is no under-seat storage.
2) Row 22 on the 321 has easy proximity to the mid-cabin lav, whereas there is no mid-cabin lav on the 320, so Row 11 has to walk to the back to use the lav.
3) Due to #2, Row 11 has more "privacy." People waiting for the lav tend to congregate in front of Row 22 (or use it as a place to stretch)....thereby restricting your leg room.
