I wouldn't shy away from the 320 - it's a pretty good seat, though not as good as the 321's seats (as has been mentioned.)

I don't know if this is my imagination or not - but I think the west 320's have better leg room in the exit row and somehow seem more comfortable. I don't know anymore how you can tell whether or not you'll be on an east bird or a west bird.
