Row 11 is the best choice on the 320, but it's no where near the 'infinite' legroom of the exit row on the 321. Generally in row 11 the person in the middle seat can get in and out (with me in the aisle seat; I'm 6'5") without me standing up. But, I do have to close my laptop and tuck my legs away to let them by. (As opposed to the 321 exit row where the middle seat can come and go as they please without disturbing me.)

The 319 is a totally different beast, as you'll see on seatguru. Really no good choices there in my opinion.
