I have never flown AI, but have flown on IC quite a bit. They have improved quite a bit in last many years. but still given that they compete with the likes of 9W and IT.. it's tough.

AI/IC in *A, for me, means i can do west bound RTWs from KTM without having to backtrack to BKK. But then, by the time AI/IC actually get into *A, there might be ressumption of europe bound flights from KTM.
