The BA9 has similar problems according to FlightStats. And when we took it last month they compressed the on-ground time at BKK so we had precisely enough time to walk to the lounge, have one drink and then walk back through the security check to the gate. Full marks for a quick turnaround for those of us going on to SYD, but not so good if you wanted enough time to have a shower etc.

I do seem to recall that the Far East flights were the only ones showing significant delays that evening too.
