Well last night it was the other way round - BA11 left 1hr 50mins late and BA15 a "mere" 40 mins. I am really surprised that late night long haul services can be so consistently and heavily late. The airport is relatively quiet by that time plus there shouldn't be an unrealistic turnaround of the aircraft. My experience of the JNB/CPT routes is very different - they tend to get away pretty promptly - so it seems to be a Far East problem?
