Well now, that's a really good question.... I was so aggrevated by the whole thing that I just took them at their word (dumb move) and didn't look at my history. Apparently the LAX hotel snagged my certificate for an upcoming San Juan stay rather than using the certificate I had for the MR Visa card.... so this thing is really whacked out.

Back to the drawing board....
