The Signature and SkyLofts are two completely different hotels and concept. The SkyLofts is small, intimate, and high-service. The Signature is more like a luxurious apartment rental where you are on your own most of the time. I think Signature can stand on its own as long as expectations are in line with what the Signature is, and isn't. The Signature is a much larger property and thus service levels are nowhere near what SkyLofts offer. The rooms are VERY comfortable. If you think you will have difficulties coping with the service difference then Signature may not be the place for you. However, if you can cope with a different product altogether you should be just fine.

We were/are considering extending our Vegas trip next week by two nights and staying at the Signature so that we can dine at Joel Robuchon at The Mansion (it's closed the original nights of our stay), but a little worried about the drop-off in quality from the Skylofts to Signature. As I know you stayed at both properties (alas, in the preferable order of Signature then Skylofts), what's your opinion? Do you think it will be disappointing staying in a one-bedroom at Signature after a 4 night stay at the Skylofts, or do you think Signature can hold its own?
