United just enhanced their program's million miler rewards and they are enhancements as far as I can tell. Details at United:

For 1 million it's still lifetime midtier elite status. Their 1P/Premier Exec = CO Gold. Plus you get two CR-1s each year.

For 2 million they added an annual membership to the Red Carpet Club for life and a one-time offer of 4 SWUs plus a gift.

For 3 million they offer "personalized status upgrades" which no one is quite sure yet what that means plus the 4 SWUs and a gift.
