This may be a dumb question but are departures -- especially int'ls -- ever delayed b/c fog or other wx forecast at destination? FRA is forecast to have AM fog the day I arrive and I'd love it if UA delayed SFO-FRA (I dislike aft. flights to Europe, but it's what I've got). Probably not, and it looks like clear sailing at SFO.
