I encourage you to look around at the dominant device being used by customers in premium cabins on arrival at major airports. You will notice Blackberries outnumbering other smartphones by 5:1 (or more). Even on JFK-SFO, I rarely see people in C class pull out an iPhone (much as I'd want them to).

B6 is doing something *super* smart with this product. It's the lowest hanging fruit, very well targeted, and *precisely* how I'd roll it out myself.

Well the iPhone has no capability to connect with corporate email servers so no big surprise there. Blackberry is really not the dominate device, they have a big following in legal, government and financial sectors so perhaps the you'll notice more in JFK (although that doesn't really mean much). My point was here you have a platform that is locked to 1 device manufacture who seems to be growing mostly in the consumer market, who are less likely to pay to check email. It would be smarter to wait until you can get email on all platforms, and for that matter real email access, what good is it if you cant get your power point for excel files downloaded or sent out?

I would guess this will flop, the only good that may come is may spur other carriers to one-up them with a real solution.
