Everything said here seems to be correct, yes they do use the Air Canada lounge in YVR, which can and does get quite busy.

I am flying on Air Canada for my next trip, I feel like a traitor and I doubt they can compare to the service that I receive on Air NZ.

Air NZ's food, wine, service and their in flight audio video on demand is pretty much the best out there, and would be the best out there when compared with Qantas, Air Canada, and Air NZ.

Heck, Air Canada, are still stuffing around with their new in flight audio video on demand and it's been nearly 2 years. They still don't have a moving map feature and its still in trial!
