Planning a trip SFO-BOM in February. Looking for a routing that maximizes distance on UA metal since my body type makes E+ really important. .bomb says SFO-FRA-(LH) BOM, but that is 5k miles in LH Y (ugh).

I was thinking SFO-IAD-KWI-DXB-BOM on Emirates, or SFO-IAD-KWI-DOH-BOM on Qatar. For a TPAC, I was thinking SFO-BKK-BOM (on Thai).

Anyone have other ideas? I thing SFO-BKK-BOM might be my best bet, but I have heard stellar review of Qatar and Emirates, not sure about Thai.
