Question on international voltage

I haven't traveled much internationally with electronics, but I will have several with me on my upcoming trip. I want to make sure that I don't accidentally fry the things I will have with me.

How do I know if my devices are compatible with the different voltages around the world? THe countries I'll be spending the most time in are either 220V or 230V. My dad has an adapter kit, but obviously that doesn't compensate for voltage.

Here's the electronics I'll have with me:
-Sony Vaio SZ450 Laptop
-Apple iPod (will be charged with a wall adapter, I don't have my USB connector cable with me). I remember taking the iPod to Pakistan with me and I believe it charged fine when plugged into the wall with an adapter, but just want to confirm.
-Canon SD850IS digital camera.

Will any of these devices have issues charging on different voltages?
