I'm the guy with 335k that was lost, and another 125k in limbo (lots are in limbo, I know). It appears that at least a few others have lost points, in answer to a recent post.
In addition to having a supervisor look into it, I have done the ethics thing (via the website) and called Carlson's marketing guy (Luc Bodnar, I believe). A few hours later he called back and said they would look into it "straight away."
If others want to call, that's fine, but I wouldn't start to get nasty until we know how this is going to be resolved.
