I'm sure some of jetconnect's flights (QF domestic in NZ) were around these levels of reliability or even lower. There was a period in winter when I was regularly travelling to ZQN - every day it was would I make it, get stuck in AKL, get stuck in CHC, or get diverted to IVC. Then there was the regular evening trip from WLG that was usually more than an hour late - they couldn't blame traffic on that. Still from what I see pacific blue which has just started is even worse. Delays of only an hour for afternoon flights is a good day for them!
