Sorry to hear about these problems! I have not participated in this promo, but I do have experience with some of Carlson's other ill-advised promotions. There is precedent for slimy actions by Carlson -- check out the Goldpoints/Valuemags and Goldpoints/Shutterfly threads. In both instances, Carlson put on too-good-to-be-true promos, and then just refused to honor the terms. In the Valuemags case, points were deducted from accounts, in the Shutterfly case, points just didn't post. In both cases, points were ultimately credited (for most people), but it took quite a bit of pressure. Good luck!
