Yes, the Indy RCC was on a list of 3(?) others that are currently closed. I believe the announcement said temporarily, but that could mean anything. In case it does reopen for your trip, it's off a hallway to the left of the row of check-in counters that includes United. You would have had to ask at the counter anyway because they had to give you an access code.
