Travel agent messes up name
So I bought a ticket through a travel agent which was on Delta.
The ticket on the travel agency's website says Ms. Jane Doe, but on Delta's site it says: Janems Doe.
Both of them say this isn't a problem and the ticket can be used without a problem, I was trying to explain to them that's not the problem. I'm worried about the name mismatch with Alaska.
I don't know if anyone's tried to credit to Alaska on one of these tickets, but even if the name matches sometimes I have huge problems. If there is a problem. It will take me months for this to be fixed and my MVP Golf requalification will be messed up until it's fixed. Alaska's Mileage plan CS center can be a black hole sometimes. That's why I want this reservation fixed.
However both Lessno.com and Delta keep telling me there is no problem and that they're not going to do anything about it. No matter how much I try to explain to them that this is an aspect of customer service I expect.
Is there anything I can do here? Can the gate agent fix this if I show them the difference between what I input for the travel agent and what Delta has on record?
I just really don't want to deal with this after the fact.
