This is BS and Choice/Amtrak better get this figured out!
I ordered this, since I saw this as a decent opp to transfer some points and try out Choice's program. Transfers are done all the time between travel partners.
Have I stayed in Choice hotels many-many times? - YES.
Have me and my family used Amtrak many-many times Detroit-Chicago? - YES.
