FYI, the ORD RCC way down by B20s was closed all day yesterday.

All this really upsets me, because I find the RCCs unbeliveably crowded right now. I think with all the people arriving early for security delays, folks are spending much more time in the RCCs and hence longer turnover times. Which equals more bodies, not less.

RCCs are a convenience that most of us directly pay for by memberships! They shouldn't be reducing service in this area, IMHO.
