Same thing happened to me on my last route to Toronto. At OLCI, 9ABC and 11ED was blocked, but when the plain was boared and ready for take off, only 9C and 11E was occupied. I mean come on KLM, get this thing straighten out all ready!

On the way back though, everything worked the way it should do, and I got 9C at OLCI...
