They have plenty of limes for the cocktails, and that is pretty much all I need.
The rest of the catering is optional, IMO. Rewind to before 2002 on a typical midcon; the meals were served on china, salad course before the entree, slightly larger portions, and sundae cart-- but it was still airplane food. I only really miss the sundae cart. You can try and put lipstick on a pig if it makes you feel any better, but I'll prefer to grab something before or after my flight.
