CA G class on eligible flights (which CA1215 is) will earn 50% miles with 250 miles minimum.
FM A class on eligible flights (which FM9213 is) will earn 150% miles with 500 miles minimum.

Accumulation is for flights flown on/after Dec 12, 2007.
