Not to split hairs, but Ghana Airways doesn't exist anymore, it collapsed a few years ago.

North American Airlines is charters, I think, but unsure.

Why airlines still stick it out at IAD is beyond me, BWI is more convenient to metro DC (unless you count Fairfax as home), has rail connections to Amtrak/MARTA, the BWI/DC parkway, I-95 and 195 are all right there.

Granted IAD and BWI are just about equal distance from the Capitol building (as a frame of reference, give or take 5 miles) but the facilities at BWI are simply nicer.
