How much longer before one will have to incur a similar penalty for sitting in row 1 of the B772, rows 1-2 of the MD11 and rows 1, 4, 72 and 77 of the B747? I'm sure KLM can come up with a couple of schemes to milk some extra money out of WBC passengers as well.

All in all, yet another nail in the coffin of the FB elite program.
