I agree that I rate Hilton Osaka higher than Hilton Tokyo -- but darn, if your business is in Tokyo, you're gonna hate the daily commute from the Hilton Osaka
Another nice hotel in Tokyo is the Keio Plaza at Shinjuku, btw....
