Shortly after it opened I would heartily agree with that asessment. It was not until about 2 years ago when the Grand Hyatt folks were brought in to revamp selection of food, staff, layout etc. that it came into its own.
It is a far mpre appealing place in those regards now. This town does indeed have many amazing choices.

The only feedback I can give is my impression of the place around the time that it opened. I went to take a look a couple of times because I was thinking of joining. I was put off by the following:
- really poor service and attitude by the staff, which I found surprising in Tokyo
- the fact that the bars and restaurants closed at 11pm (this may have changed now)
There are so many good places to entertain and go out with friends in Tokyo that going somewhere with bad service that closes so early seemed to make no sense.
