I was on 858, but the SFO-LAX part today... which had me thinking. If someone booked UA 858 PVG-LAX as one segment in Y, should they have to pay for drinks on the SFO-LAX segment? We know the answer is "yes" but since it is marketed as a "direct" flight, then technically, they should.
